My project has gone really long and can’t fix?

Hi all!.
Just moved from logic to ableton and mac to windows.
Loving windows and ableton so far. However I’ve come across my first problem. When ever I zoom out by click Z on my keyboard or try zoom by using the bar at the top and it zooms out to over 400,000 bars?!?. I’ve tried to highlight and deleted everything and I can’t seem to find a fix???
