Odd Behaviour w Adding New Track

Hi everyone
The attached video shows the Push 2 behaviour when I add a new track. It keeps the pads all lit on the new track which seems wrong. On the course video I'm doing they seem to light up then it clears, allowing you to then select a slot to begin to create in. I'm all up to date software wise. When I use another track, hit some pads and go back to the new one it clears them all.
Seems to be a bug.
Any ideas?
