Hi guys, today I purchased Push 2 and since I started to use I noticed it has some problems: when I use the central encoders sometimes they will also change the swing and the master volume randomly, and sometimes when I use a specific encoder (the third from the right) it will occasionaly activate the record button alone. Any solution? Please I'm desperate and I don't know what to do

Did you buy new or second-hand?
Check that your midi preferences are correct, that there isn't several Push instances registered in here.

It's brand new, already checked the midi preferences and they're all okay. I also tried using only the usb cable, the problem still occurred but it wasn't present as when I was also using the power cable
