Eurorack analog sequencer into Ableton Live via ES -9 CV tools

Has anyone has successfully driven a midi instrument in Ableton Live 11 using an external Eurorack Module via ES-9 and CV tools? I have been trying to wrap my brain around this. Any thoughts are appreciated!

I have done this exact thing but I cannot tell by your description what you are struggling with.
Can you be a bit more specific?
One thing I could think of that might be an initial hiccup...in the ES-9 configuration tool, all inputs are set to block DC which is essential for control voltage getting into ableton. You need to disable this in the configuration tool for whatever inputs you plan to use for CV input into Ableton.
