Recording Live video

What's your best way to record video while using Ableton ?
I do not need to use MIC just video+sound from LIVE. I use external Midi/Udio interface (Behringer UMS-404). I own CAMTASIA Studio but it does not giving me an output from Behringer (only inputs) so not sure if I could use it or not. I was also thinking about OBS studio but also not sure how to route the sound from Live. I tried the Voxengo plugin but it behaves kinda wired (not as I would expect).
