Wish: (long-press copy/delete/paste function for grid controllers like push, APC40 etc.)

Some Really Smart person could implement this for the various Launch controllers (Push, APC40, or basically anything with grid of buttons), probably by modifying the python script.
What I want is:
Pushing an already playing clip and HOLDING for 500 milliseconds mean "copy".
Pushing an already playing clip and HOLDING for 1000 milliseconds mean "cut"
Pushing an empty clip, and holding for 500 milliseconds will become "paste".
Wouldn't that be damned neat for live-looping situations? I, who does an improvising live stream, for sure could use it!
