Live 11.0.5 laggy on startup

Live 11.0.5 is laggy as hell. I notice it's scanning vsts or something when I look at the plugins preferences. This is what I see https://ibb.co/MkJb7sC and it takes forever to finish every time I load up Live. I have never had this problem before updating to this version.
