Ableton won't relink previously installed VST

Hi there! I recently reinstalled Ableton on a new laptop running Windows 10.
I've been restoring most of the VSTs used in my previous projects successfully. However, there's one plugin, Thenatan's Tape Piano, that I've reinstalled, that works correctly in new instances - but Ableton refuses to recognise the new plugin in my old projects. Unlike with missing media files, there's no way to relink or redirect missing VSTs.
My root VST folder is named differently to the previous installation, but the file/folder structure within it is the same.
