Note rehearsing not working

I have a track with MASSIVE embeded in KompleteKontrol. When play a key on a midi keyboard it makes a sound but when I click on the virtual keyboard in a piano roll OR I click a note inside the editor there is no sound. That makes any nore corrections very hard (or impossible).
If I have a midi clip with several notes (30+) and start draging the mouse over those notes I kinda hear very low volume sound but not on a single note. Yes I have kinda longer fade in time on the instrument (pads) but why there is such a difference playing the physical keyboard vs virtual keyboard )with no sound)?
I wonder if anybody else has experienced this ? or have a solution ?
