Before adding packs to Live Suite11, I downloaded a copy of each of the packs to my hard drive.

Then while adding packs to Live 11s browser, I noticed how much easier Live 11 has made the process. It seems I never needed to download the packs to my local drive.

Is there any good reason to keep a copy of each pack on my local drive?
Would I be better off deleting all the local copies (I’d certainly gain a lot of space!) and depending on Live 11 to track available packs and download them as needed?

If the packs installed fine there’s no reason to save the installers IMO. If nothing else if you do need to install them again in the future having Live do it for you means you’ll be sure you are only installing the latest versions.
