I use Max API CtrlEnvFol to track guitar input and create a control signal to modulate various things.

Just recently, Max API CtrlEnvFol started having an issue with my saved live sets.

It's losing the saved Parameter setting when I open the set, and clicking on the list no longer brings up all the available options for the selected Track and Device. I need to completely reload the Max API CtrlEnvFol and then the Parameters will show up. Needless to say this a complete pitfa to have to do every time, not to mention all my sets that use it are now broken on load up.

I'm using Live Suite 11.06 , and pretty sure this only started happening recently a couple of point versions ago.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Bummer. Anything in the Max window ?

You could use Envelope Follower which is a more recent take on the topic, but that doesn't solve your current issue with old sets.
Can you try using an older Max version and see if it helps?

I tried other envelope followers but, they don't give me the same response I want.
I chose this one a while back after testing all the alternatives.

I'm using the inbuilt Max, not inclined to want to downgrade.

Don't know if it's a Max issue, or Live issue that's causing it, or both.

That's for the sake of testing and hopefully find when this started to happen.
You could also try out with the recent Max 8.2beta.

I just tried and can't replicate your issue...
You should contact support@ableton.com, there might be something interfering in your set up.

I'll do some more testing checking the max console logs as well, and if I can't figure it out I'll post a bug report.
