GUI keeps freezing when recording audio (Solution)

Whenever I've try to record audio in Arrangement view, in Live 11, the GUI freezes or hangs as soon as I press the Record button.
Solution: If I minimise the height of the track that I'm recording on, Live doesn't hang and I can click the buttons to pause or stop recording. The problem seems to be caused by my graphics adapter not being able to draw the waveform quickly enough to show what is being recorded. It doesn't happen when I'm recording audio in Session view as the audio waveform isn't being drawn. I've updated the drivers for my graphics adapter, but this doesn't fix the problem. It's a bit inconvenient but gets the job done. I'm using Live Suite on a laptop with an integrated graphics adapter so maybe users with dedicated graphic adapters don't have this problem!
