Using licensed Live Suite 11 on mac os. So there's a problem. When I am inserting new midi track, I get a track with samples and effects I used on other tracks, but without notes or any recorded clips. What's the problem and how I can get rid of it?

You have saved that track as a default track, delete the offending plugins/samples on the track, then right click on the track save as default.
