I'm trying to set up my Maschine MK3 as a MIDI controller for Live 11 — just so I can have some extra knobs to turn.

BUT...Maschine MK3 is NOT showing up as an available Control Surface in the drop down menu in the MIDI preferences in Live. Yes, I have copied over the MIDI control scripts into the Live package, in the MIDI Remote Scripts folder, as per the instructions here:

The script has to be updated by NI for Live 11.

Thanks, I followed those instructions and installed the new MIDI scripts of Live 11 — but still couldnt get the MK3 to map to MIDI.

Sorry, I don't have a Maschine, I don't know anymore than what is on the previous links.

Maybe try enabling Remote in the MIDI Ports, though I think they would have mentioned it if it was necessary.

Yes, Pottering that was it – once I enabled Remote in the MIDI Ports, it worked!
