Audio effect racks from v11 to v10

Hello!
I have created a ton of cool vocal chains in the audio effect racks on Ableton live 11.
A lot of people who want them are on Ableton live 10. I have heard that I have to recreate each effect rack in v10 since they are not backwards compatible.
Just wondering if there is a way around this where I can copy and paste the effect racks instead of having to build each one from scratch again.
When I try to drag an effect rack from v11 to an audio track in v10, it says only audio effects can be placed here and does not work. when I open v10 I can see my effect racks there that I made in v11 but I have no way to open them.
Please let me know how I can get these effect racks onto v10, without having to recreate them.
