Midi file tempo

When using ableton latin percussion pack the ALC files all stipulate the tempo but when i drag them into my project the tempo changes to match the project and it doesnt sound good as its too slow etc. Is there a quick way of changing the tempo of these files or a way of dragging all the midi notes in the editor so that they move closer together?
