MIDI Clip Split Broken

Hi,
I've had this issue for months now and not a single update fixes this. Can't imagine no one else has reported this...
When I right click a midi clip and split it, it doesn't split on the line. After selecting the split-point, it splits to the side of the line of which you right click. Selecting the spot and then right-clicking without moving the mouse makes it work correctly but if you move the mouse between selecting the spot and then right clicking, it splits next to the line. You really have to zoom in to the max. The resulting issue is that if you split midi notes, they don't play when you select the clip...
