PLEASE add quantized launch for track mute button!!!!

I would like to record myself muting tracks on and off in Arrangement Mode like usual but while being able to "launch" track mute button in quantized syncopation like we do clips in Session Mode. This would allow a new way to arrange songs in live time. The idea is to use the common method of making a 8 or 16 bar loop that contains all the main elements of the song, spreading that loop out to the length of a song, and then take elements in and out as the beat plays to create a full composition.
