Looks like I'm in the same boat after a very quick check, but thanks a lot that looks awesome!
A VPN would probably do the trick but I never tried such thing (Opera has a built-in VPN easily switched on/off, with a drop-down menu to select your virtual location)

I find €7 is a little expensive for a 24-hour rental, but looks like I'm gonna have to bite the bullet.

For those in french and german speaking languages in Europe, the film is currently available thanks to our awesome Arte channel.
It's also on Youtube. Maybe you'll be able to access it with the help of a VPN (the Opera browser has a built-in one)?
