Hi ,
I am using ableton suite 11 , windows 10 . The sounds coming from Ableton to the MK2 88 komplete kontrol keyboard are much better quality that the ones coming from Ableton to the Nord stage 3 keyboard . Any explanations ?

Yup, sounds like you haven't set up your interface/Nord properly.

- How have you set up your Nord?
- What audio interface are you using?
- How is the sound going from the Nord to Live? Audio?
- How is the sound not quality? Distorting (too loud)? Too quiet?

- How have you set up your Nord?
As Midi Keyboard I did not set anything in the Nord
- What audio interface are you using?
Komplete Kontrol 2
- How is the sound going from the Nord to Live? Audio?
USB cable between PC and Nord
- How is the sound not quality? Distorting (too loud)? Too quiet?
Sound is very fade and not pure / nice as coming from the Komplete Kontrol

It is possible your two controller keyboards are set to very different touch response settings. They might be outputting very different key velocities.

Try adjusting the keyboard settings on the Nord to be more sensitive to your playing, and see if that makes a difference.

Also check that the Nord isn’t sending a MIDI Volume message (CC7) to Live by default, and lowering the volume.

Pretty sure Nord Stage 3 doesnt do Audio over usb
