Take lanes Fades on Clip Edges Only

Maybe it's just me, but the general function in setting to create clip fades on edges isn't really working well with Kick/Clap/Snare samples or other's with a short transient.
But for take lanes you almost always want fade's since almost any take lane selection will get u clicks or pops
So would it be a thing to have an option to just give only take lanes automatic edge fades?
