Suggested settings for adding swing to the "Delay" device

Regarding: Ableton stock "Delay" plugin

According to the info view panel, the "delay offset" parameter should allow me to add swing to the delayed signal. I've done a fair amount of tweaking however and can't seem to get it even close to correct.

Do any of you guys have specific offsets that you use to achieve swung 16th delays?

Maybe an 8th note delay. Followed By a 16th note delay with percentage offset?

Use ms instead of note value?
