Hi
After several months still unable to get live 11 and Push 2 to work together on Windows. Works fine on MacBook.
All things I’ve tried
Only one version on device manager, official usb cable, used hub and no hub, usb power management switched off. Reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows!!
Simply everything thing I’ve read online I have tried. Ableton 10.1 works with Push 2 on windows. Live 11 will not boot past logo screen. I’ve think I’ve tried everything and exhausted all my ideas on a fix.
Any ideas?

What version of windows are you running?

I suspect Win7 won't do the trick......

Have you send a support ticket to Ableton? I haven't got Live 11, but 10 Suite - so I'm further of no help here.......

Have you tried to trash your preference files, as this will help sometimes, and don't be afraid - Ableton rebuilds it itself again!

Open Live.
In Windows Explorer, open this hidden folder (where x.x.x is the installed version of Live, eg. 10.1.30): Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live x.x.x\Preferences. ...
Delete Preferences. cfg, Undo folder (in Live 9 this is Undo. cfg) and Template. ...
Close and relaunch Live.

Make sure it’s not selected twice in Live midi preferences as a controller.
