Possible to send out CV/Gate to hardware from a VST?

Is it possible to send gates from the Reason VST to my eurorack in Abelton?
Ive got the CV tools pack and there doesn't appear to be any that would allow this
Is it possible?

First things first:
Reason 11 or 12?
Live 10 or 11?
Windows or Mac?
I have Reason 11 and Live 10, both suite I dunno of the pack is included in Live 10 Suite, if so I can try and look for you.......

What I do know for shure is that you can't pull cables like in Reason itself, I guess you have to use the external instrument device from Reason in the Rack in Live.
Tonight I'm bussy recording vocals for a song, but as soon I have some time I will look into it, and maybe in the time being someone else chimes in who knows what is going on!
