I'm working in session view. I have one scene that ends at 4 and another scene that ends at 2.3 (i.e. one scene is half the length of the other). When I try to transition from the short scene back to the long scene, the short scene loops back on itself for a quarter of the scene length and then changes scene (i.e. the transition is not smooth).

Do scenes have to be the same length to transition in session view to transition properly? Is there a way to smoothly transition to and from half length scenes in session view?

Hiya, what do you have quantization set to? If it's one bar then that could explain why it plays half a bar of the shorter scene before transitioning. Scenes don't have to be the same length at all, so the issue is going to be something else.
