I'm wondering if it's just me or someone else has this problem.
Some of the default Command-Option shortcuts for view/hide certain items don't work, and the rest do.
The ones that don't I've bumped into so far are:
L for the Detail View
I for I/Os
U for Take Lanes
All the rest work.
I have a few keys mapped to some buttons in my default template, but they are totally unrelated to those.
Any hints?

Live 11.0.12 on macOS Big Sur.

Are you using any keyboard driver or software for e.g converting your keyboard's input?
What keyboard are you using?

I'm using a Logitech MX Keys. The one that's compatible with Windows and Mac.
But I can't recall having changed any defaults.

Well, you should investigate in this area, we've seen similar issues in the past due to keyboard "drivers".

(If your keyboard has some kind of gaming mode options that's probably were you'd want to look at first I think)

I finally found the culprit. I've got two keyboard input sources set up under System Preferences. British English and Spanish-ISO. When the latter is selected those three shortcuts in Live stop working.

It looks like these shortcuts don't work at least with Spanish keyboard layouts.
If I change to British English or U.S. in the settings they work, but of course since my physical keyboard layout is Spanish, some other keys get scrambled.
I'm on a MacBook Pro 2019 with Ventura and also tested this with the same result on Macbook Pro (late 2013) with Big Sur and no logitech, nor keyboard or gaming drivers.

You can test this in any mac with any kind of physical keyboard layout and just changing the input source on the keyboard settings to spanish
