I'm totally frustrated with Native Instruments and Komplete Kontrol. I wonder if anybody have had this problem with missing presets.
I have a project which run fine then after few updates through Native Access App suddenly I get a message saying something about the Kontakt version being older than used in the project. Really do not understand how is this possible, since NA shows everything up to date ?

When I load the project, several tracks with KompleteKontrol have no presets, so when I open up KK there is no instrument. Yes I can load instrument and it plays sounds but with 2)+ track I really cannot remember what instrument-preset was in each track to recreate it. This happened to my 3rd project. I have not checked others, but it looks really bad. KOMPLETE KONTROL is a nightmare

Created a ticket on NI website but I do not even count on any help from them because NI Support really sucks. Any ideas, what can I do ?

Maybe try asking on the NI forums since this is an NI issue?

That’s very surprising.

This is why you add a note to each track on what are the instruments and fx used. If you don’t have some kind of notes then things are gonna suck when you stuck.
