Outputting Constant LFO-> Velocity?

I'm trying to control Velocity with an LFO so I can send Velocity to the MIDI input of an Arturia Beatstep Pro, which is then mapped to its CV Velocity output and on to an analog CV input. I can do the equivalent of this by using a MIDI Envelope set to Loop (or drawing Velocity and looping it in a Clip), and map the output to a Velocity MIDI plug in. However, Velocity (it appears) is only transmitted to the BSP when a key is pressed or triggered. I want a constant output which runs whether a key is pressed or whether the Transport is running in Live. Ideas? - Winslow
