Is there a way to get the crash report file if you can't open Ableton?

Hi all,
Its pretty simple, I can't open ableton and tech support won't look at me for like a month because that also means I can't locate the crash report.
Please help if you can!

Sorry, I couldn't quite understand what you said before- and I don't think I had two posts for the same issue?
Meaning, one was seeing if it was safe to uninstall Ableton, and another is trying to obtain the crash report.
Thanks for trying to help! If you know the wherabouts of the crash reports (I already uninstalled and reinstalled Ableton- it did nothing) then do please let me know!

You can find the crash reports here:
Windows
- \Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live Reports\
Mac
- /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Ableton/Live Reports/
