Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit remix

Post by luckykat » Fri Jan 07, 2022 12:15 am

Watched the new Matrix movie at the weekend and heard Jefferson Airplane's 'White Rabbit' in it. Realized just how simple yet effective that intro bassline was & Grace Slick's vocals blow your head clean off. Lmk what you think of my remix

Truly appreciate the listen & kind words.
I actually used my own Rickenbacker bass simulation for the bassline which came out better than I expected.

:D

If I play this song on bass, I use my Rickenbacker 4003 with La Bella Taperwound strings..... Really love this song!!!

Niiiice!! Love Rickenbacker's as a big Beatles fan. That 60s sound is so iconic & timeless. Gives the song a gritty edge.

What is your favorite Beatles song? I love Helter Skelter and Here Comes The Sun.
Thanks for your recommendations. I'll check out those Rickenbacker players.
