Scroll bar lost

I clicked on the Warp button in the Track Properties panel and the scroll bar disappeared in my imported audio clip. I could not find an Undo button, so I used the feature in Edit menu. That failed. So I closed Ableton then reopened the "Set". The scroll bar is still missing. I read that this issue was a bug as far back as version 9, so I doubt the problem still exists in v11. Any way to restore the Scrollbar, without reinstalling the program? And is there no Undo button in the GUI?

Where did you read about this problem occuring in the past?
Also, Win or Mac? Which Live version are you running exactly? Fullscreen or not?

I'm using Win 10 Pro in full screen. My PC has a 500 GB SSD, 2.8 GHz Intel i7 CPU quad core, and 24GB of RAM.
