No sound - problem

Suddenly I've lost sound from all the tracks. I opened new project placed a single track with one only instrument. Still no sound.
When I go to the sound settings I can hear the TEST sound.
When I play a clip or play live key I can see the bars and meters working as usually, but there is no sound (even on a new single track project).
Dragged an audio clip and it makes no sound as well.
Certainly it is not a driver or device because I get the test pitch. My InputOutput settings are checked for all IN/OUT ports. I am clueless.
Running Win10/Pro + Live 11-Suite.
Anybody has an idea what else I could check ?
