Trying to hear what I recorded, W/2496 card

I am trying to simply to hear what I have recorded and I'm getting no sound on that end. Source is being metered and I have sound. I'm using what came with the audiophile 24/96 card...Live delta 1.53 Please, someone take the time and walk me through this. What should the preferences be set at, things like that, is what I shooting in the dark. In M delta control panel , I see the meters with signal coming in and to live, but the output from delta live, looking at the control panel: nothing.

I don't understand exactly what the problem is.
If you want to hear directly the signal that goes into your soundcard's input you have to select 'Live In' in the track and to be sure that the "Monitor through Live' switch in the Live's audio preferences is on.
But the recording of the input signal into a file isn't depending on this switch.

I have the same card, Joshua, and I don't get any output. What am I doing wrong?
