Thought it might be more appropriate to ask about this here.
In the process of piecing together a podcast and have a few hurdles to overcome technically.
Not only will guests need to use something like Zoom, but my co host will as well. I know zoom can output separate channels of audio to a recording, but I was wondering if there was any conference call software that supports use of multi channel audio interfaces?
It would be nice to get co-host and guest into separate channels within Ableton...then feed cohost and guest show audio feeds with their own audio/voice removed from the mix.
Are there any good solutions for something like this out there? I know of things like Virtual Audio Cable and JACK...I've never had good luck with either.
I may just end up using phone for co-host and laptop for guest and feed each output to an input on my PC interface. Probably be the simplest solution.
Figured it was worth a shot to ask here anyway. Thanks!
Zoom type apps with multi-channel audio/other solutions...
