I want to make this cover, the music is so chill and the audio effects are so special.

Here is the cover, but I cannot make the effects as chill and nice as the original

Are there any other effects like Stereo Notch, but not make my voice too dull or dark?

Nice work on the cover, sounds good. I'm no expert but to my ears it sounds like the original has a reeeeeeally nice reverb and lots of low cut filters (on the tracks plus the reverb) to get rid of any mud.
