Delay Compensation fine on OSX but not Win 10

I have a project that was started on MBP and then moved to my Win 10 machine. Both running Live 11. I have a Delay send set up that is the sending audio back to and audio track.
All the sends are disabled on teh Return Track and the Audio Track it is outputting to to allow Live to correctly calculate delay compensation as instructed on teh Delay Compensation FAQ. On OSX this works perfectly, the delays are in time an compensated for as expected. On Win 10 the compensation is not taking place and therefor the delays are out oftime with the track.
Why would this work perfectly on OSX but not Win 10?
