Hi,

I have sold my suite license and put the transfer through as I have done previously. It went in on Monday and 5 days later it still hasn’t completed. My buyer is getting very twitchy and has said they will open a case on eBay despite sending emailed evidence of the emails and process from Ableton. I have emailed Ableton but have had no response since the automated this will go through shortly email.

Any ideas at all anyone? Many thanks!

There’s nothing we can do unfortunately, you’ll have to be patient and keep communication open with your buyer. Support is taking longer than usual, but will get to your issue as soon as they can.

Thanks, I’ve sent them screen shots of every stage of the process and copied them into an email to Ableton but they still want to raise a case with eBay which is frustrating. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

If my buyer gets cold feet is there any way to cancel a transfer in progress?
