Why Ableton Support does not exist anymore ?

I have spent half an hour trying to create some kind of trouble ticket and no luck ! Running inside a loop on Ableton website !
There used to be a form to fill out, but it is gone ! On top of that, they claim (in red).
"We are currently experiencing high support volumes, therefore our response time is delayed. We kindly ask for your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, check out our Knowledge Base for solutions to common issues."
THIS REALLY SUCKS !
Deal Ableton - if you cannot support your product, then why you keep selling it ? If you cannot fix bugs in the software , then why you're releasing new versions with old bugs ?
Finally - can you explain how am I supposed to fix LIVE problems if there is no support provided ? Obviously you are no active on the forum, and you do not answer phone calls.
I WOULD REALLY WISH TO SEE AND ANSWER FROM ABLETON STUFF HERE ! THIS IS SIMPLY GETTING WORSE AND WORSE !
