Long Project MIDI Clock Out of Sync

I have a set I use for live performances for my band which is about 50 minutes long. My issue is that at almost exactly 30m55s MIDI clock going to my Moog and Prophet goes out of sync. Happens with both my Moog Subsequent 37 and Prophet Rev2, both my PC and my MacBook, in my Dropbox folder and non-Dropbox folder, with different MIDI cables, with both a MIDIFACE 8x8, a Nektar MIDIFlex 4, and RME UFX/UCX MIDI out. Basically, it HAS to be an issue within Ableton because I have tried so many different setups.
Hardware Configuration
PC - Windows 10, 128GB RAM, RME Fireface UFX, MIDIFACE 8x8, Komplete S88
Macbook Pro 2016 - MacOS Monterey, 2.7GHz Quad core i7, 16GB RAM, RME UCX, Nektar MIDIFlex 4
Live 11.1.1 (and happened in a few previous versions)
