Mac Mini M1 & Live 11 audio glitches/dropouts in recordings (audio examples)

Hello everyone,
I'm having issues with glitches and dropouts in the recorded audio in Live 11. Usually the glitches sits at the very beginning of the audio files and the glitches sometimes also disappears when replaying the same section later on or when moving the clips around in the arrangement.
Sometimes it ends up on the bounced tracks as well, sometimes not.
It's always in the mid/upper register of the audio spectrum (1khz and higher)
The thing that's really bugging me out is that this issue has been coming and going for me as long as I can remember in various versions of Live and on complete different systems and audio interfaces ranging from the old white Macbook in 2009 running Apogee Ensemble and now on the Mac Mini M1 running Scarlett 18i20 with the latest Mac OS (Montery 12.3.1)
I've tried the old trick deactivating wifi while recording. Same issue. Monitor off/auto/in. Same thing.
I even downloaded and recorded the same material into the latest version of Garageband. No problems/glitches whatsoever. Bummer.
Here is an audio example running a simple sequence from the Mother 32 and in all the available buffer sizes starting from 32 to 2056 recorded at 48000khz. CPU load barley moving. No overload indicator.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
