Ableton License Stolen

I got an email saying my Ableton was authorised on a new laptop but I didn't authorise it.

The laptop I use it on normally is getting repaired but I never deleted it. What do I do?

Contact Ableton.
It must be linked to the fact that the OS was reinstalled.
