Cutting midi chords and file locations

I have two feature requests please
1. To be able to slice midi chords in arrangement view and for it to such up in the piano roll. Instead of having to re do note lengths in piano roll only.
2. When you do a collect all and save for the file location to still be accessed when you hover over loop so you know where you go it. Once you do a collect all and save it just states loops or samples are just in that folder not the original folder you got them from.
