How to fix Ableton crash w/exception code 0xC0000005

In the last week, when I try to open most of my projects, Ableton 11 will crash either on start up, or I can get into the project and then as soon as I take basically any action (i.e. deleting/moving a track), it will crash. I get the "A serious program error has occurred. Live will shut down after this message box is closed. Please restart live and follow the instructions in the report a crash lesson that will appear in Live's help view" error. I inspected the crash dump file and found the exception code:
0xC0000005 "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access."
So far I have tried:
1. Uninstalled/Reinstalled Ableton
2. Updated all plugins, windows 10, interface drivers, graphics card drivers, asio4all
3. Deleted the template set
4. Deactivated all VSTs (still crashes with all VSTs deactivated)
Ableton support says from the crash log, they can see that there are a couple VSTs causing the crashes. I updated these (Valhalla vintage verb, Waves L2, oeksound Soothe2)but I guess I'm not sure.......because the crashing happens the same even when all VSTs are deactivated. They also said that my live sets exceeded my RAM load, but when I have a resource monitor open during the crashes, it appears the only about 50% of my RAM (24GB) is being utilized. Also, I am trying to open projects with ~20 second long clips and maybe about 2 dozen tracks at most playing back. Just a week ago I was working on a project with 130+ tracks, including several Kontakt and Omnisphere instances, without this issue ever occurring.
Anybody have any recommendations?
Thank you!
