Trouble Installing Ableton Live Intro

I apologize if I posted this question to the wrong topic forum.
I paid for Ableton Live Intro and installed it on Windows 11. The problem is that my computer doesn't show that it is installed. When I go to Apps > Apps and Features I can see the name, but I can't modify it and it doesn't show the logo. I have uninstalled and re-installed it three times now but that doesn't seem to have made any difference.
The weirdest part is that the app shows up on the administrator's account, but it doesn't show up on mine for some reason. I think it has something to do with the permissions, but I'm not exactly sure what.
