Dynamic EQ and MIDI Note Offset Randomization

A stock dynamic EQ would be a great new feature. Additionally, similar to how you can now randomize velocity in MIDI clips, you should be able to randomize notes to offset them from the grid. I know this is possible by adding a groove, increasing the random percentage, then committing the groove to the clip, but having a button for it in the clip view would be a lot quicker.
