I wanna fake a bass guitar- which instrument/plug in you recommend? Could I put effects on my guitar to make it ?

I dont have a bass guitar and would like to include one in my track...
Also whats your fav drum kit/ drum kit plug in?

in my experience a processed/pitch shifted guitar never really sounds like an actual bass guitar.

I mainly use Subtractor in Reason for my bass tracks.
Lots of bass instruments in Live. You could check in Operator also.

Check out EZBass and EZDrummer. As a guitar player you might like how these can follow an audio track.
