mapping controller to several parameters and choose by active track

Hi,
I was wondering whether there is any way to map a midicontroller to several parameters and have it affect only the parameter of the device within the active / selected track.
So I could basically map filter or envelopes for every instrument the same and edit using midi cc once the track is selected whereas the other devices are not affected as their tracks are not selected.
I have 8 knobs available but mapping them to a parameter exclusively doesnt make much sense for me as I don't "perform" wit the knobs but would really appreciate to be able to quickly change envelope parameters of a sound without having to open the plugin window and dialing there.
