Avid S3 and Live 11

hi.
is anyone using the Avid S3 with Live 11?
I've been using the Avid Artist Mix (black unit) in Live via MackieControl for a while now, and am thinking of upgrading, but need to confirm that some functions are compatible. For example, on the Artist Mix in Ableton, the meters do not show and 'Auto-bank to selected track' doesn't work. Do they work on the S3 or are they implemented exactly the same as the Artist Mix and will not work? Also, would these functions be Ableton's responsibility to implement?
