Why there's no "crop sample" button on some audio tracks? And also I can't push "quantize". Like menu is shorter than on the others

About quantization, if I'm not wrong, this function is only available when wrapping is activated.

And I don't know what to say about this invisible crop function. What kind of audio file is it ?

Where you click in a Clip makes a difference, also if there is a selection or not.
