Hello Ableton community:
In the latest version of Live it’s been showcased the ability to add random and chance to a MIDI part, making it more human like and natural. Is there any way to add some elements of randomness to a given automation line…?? Besides having to draw random points on the line.

You can add random modulation to any parameter using the LFO device:



This will disable the automation lanes for the mapped parameter, but you can still use clip modulation envelopes and the two forms of automation will work in tandem.

You can also automate the 'offset' dial for manual control.
